Hi, I’m Aida Flores!


My career began over 30 years ago as a fashion design student in the Dominican Republic. I then completed an undergraduate degree in engineering and a master's degree in education. I was a fashion design professor for 13 years before I moved to Canada. I worked as a couturier and tailor in many shops before I came to run my own shop in 2011. I began my YouTube channel, Downtown Tailoring, in 2019 to share my expertise. The cumulation of my extensive experience and knowledge has lead me here, opening my very own school!
